I am a an Irish lady in my sixties i know all about my ancestry back to the year 1640 -- Power, Le Poer, De le Poer and De Paor, I am indirectly related to John Power the whiskey people Dublin.

The reason i am on this website is i am helping my husband to search for his family the DONEGAN'S His father Thomas Donegan was married twice my husband's mother being his second wife they had five children together
Tom, Liam, James Des and Mary. Thomas Donegan had a brother named James who at one time lived in Casino NSW he would have been born around about 1864-1873 he had a daughter named Mary she was born around about 1910 they lived in Casino NSW at that time because she was confirmed there.
My husband James always talks about getting letters from a family named Elliott from Moonee Ponds, we have some photos If there is anyone out there who could help us we would be happy to hear from them.
