What I know about my Henry Nix: born ~1819 Ontario, Canada. He married Harriet Ann Wells (Welles) who was born ~1819 Brighton, Ontario, Canada. They had the following children: Mary E. b:1841 Brighton, Ontario, Canada, Edwin W. b:~1842, Albert b:~1844, Jesse Wells b:1846 Rochester, NY, Clarinda (Clara) b:~1846, Emma b.~1847, Olcott (Alcott) b:~1855 and Frederick b:~1857. I am a descendant of Jesse Wells Nix.

I found a Henry Nix born 11/22/1820 who was baptized in Murray Township, Newcastle Distract, Canada. His parents were John and Sarah (Gibson) Nix. I am trying to figure out if this is the Henry Nix I am researching.
