Thank you for your response, for some reason someone has entered that John Wilson Filmer born 1898, died 1918 and buried at Featherton Cemetry married Charlotte Hannah Auldridge in 1917, I cannot find any further information relating to John Wilson Filmer other than his parents, I was hoping there is extended family that could enlighten me on his family history, whether or not he did in fact get married and if there are any living relatives as it would be nice for them to contact the lady that has the photo.

John Wilson Filmer was a descendant of John Andrew Filmer and Agnes Mary Rathbone. John Wilson in fact is my 1st Cousin 2x removed. Basically most of us "filmer cuzzys" are descendants of William Filmer (one of the fencibles) and Catherine Rehill. My Grandmother was born a Filmer.

According to my research John Wilson never married

I have names and details of filmer grandparents (and many others) back to Robert De Fynemere (1228-1308) if it helps.

Sorry - William Filmer/Catherine Rehill - William was not the fencible - His father William (1800-1878) was.
So I should have said; Most of us are descendants of William Filmer and Louisa Parr
