Any information on the Kenney family of Nebraska will be gratefully appreciated. My great grandfather John Kenney was born in Austria on May 4, 1866, died in Kearney, NB on May 21, 1935. He was married to Augusta Fisher who was born May 5, 1871 in Stralsund, Germany, and died May 9, 1948 in Kearney, NB. Their son John ( my grandfather) born May 9, 1912 in Amhearst,NB. Died may 13, 1972 in Hopkinsville, Kentucky. His wife Nora Agnes Sorensen born Feb 15,1912 in Upland,NB. Died June 15, 1939 in Kearney, NB. They had three children. Barbara, who married Don Smith. Russell who was married to Jean. And Roger John, who married Sylvia Russi(nee: VanCleef).
