I desparately need to find my birth father as my health has became poor. Need to know if there was any heart problems of such or any other health matters I need to know about. I have children and need to know for their medical records.

I found my my mother but she did not remember anything about my father. They were married in 1956 at the Smokey Hill Air Force Base and I was born in the same year.

I have a copy of their marriage certificate and it says he is from Philadelphia, PA and he was 22 at the time of marriage to my mother who I just recently found but passed away. Her name at the time was Lavina Arlene Payne.

Please help me if you can.
