I am looking for more info on David Kenyon

- he was born in Nelson in 1870 to Hugh Kenyon, born 4th Oct 1833 - died 26th June 1916 in Dovedale, Waimea, Nelson aged 82,
- he was married to Susan Elizabeth Eden, born 2nd June 1844 - died 9th Feb 1934 in Nelson age 89

Their children, all born in or around Nelson were:
Helen Jane Kenyon, 21st Feb 1867 - 5th Oct 1951

Susan Margaret Kenyon, 25th Aug 1868 - 20th Apr 1955
- married Henry Bishop Thorn in Nelson in 1893 and had 7 children

DAVID KENYON, 1870 - 29th April 1952
- married Mary Lauretta "MINNIE" Harding in Ngatimoti, Nelson on the 6th Sep 1894
- she was the daughter of George Harding, grand-daughter of R. Sutcliffe of Ngatimoti
- they had a son in 1895, George Hugh Sutcliffe Kenyon.
- He was an Engine Driver, living in Palmerston North in 1981 when he died aged 86
- he married Freda May Skipage of Featherston
- she was a daughter of Charles Robert Skipage and Ella Christina Simmonds of Greytown
- David died on 29th April and is buried in the Old Gorge Cemetery at Woodville

Annie Louisa Kenyon, 23rd July 1871 - ?
- married Joseph Mead in Thorpe, Dovedale on 9th Oct 1901
- he was the 5th son of 13 children of Hubert and Jessie/Janet Mead of Motupiko

Ada Kenyon, 1873 - 1950
- she married Henry Peter Hawkins in Nelson in 1905
- they had a son Clarence Kenyon Hawkins in 1909

George Hugh Kenyon, born 1875
- died 4th July 1896 aged 21. He returned home from spending a couple of months in the West Coast, with a severe cold which developed into inflammamtion of the lungs. He died 3 weeks later

Isabella Kenyon, 30th June 1876 - 24th Aug 1941 (a teacher)
- she married William Patrick Killeen in Nelson in 1910
- they moved to the West Coast in 1910

Francis "FRANK" Kenyon, 1st May 1878 - 28th Dec 1941
- married Minnie Alice Kinzett in Nelson on 30th Feb 1901
- she was the 4th daughter of
William James Kinzett 1844 - 1911
- Probate: 9 Nov 1955 will filed, Minnie Alice Kenyon, Rangiora, widow (ChristChurch court 1172/55).
- in 1911 he was in Nelson, a labourer
- in 1916 their son Bertram David Kenyon was accidentally drowned in France during WWI
- in 1922 he was in Fernside, Christchurch
- in 1930 he was in Springburn, Christchurch

Eunice Ainsworth Kenyon, 31st Aug 1879 - 19th May 1962
- she married William Othen Hewetson in Nelson in 1907
- they were gone from Nelson by 1911

Arthur Alexander Kenyon, 1881 - 27th June 1968
- married Mave Evelyn Annie Coleman in Nelson in 1906
- he was a farmer in Motueka in 1911

When did David move up to the Manawatu ?
What hapened to to his wife Mary "Minnie" Harding ?
