This was my father and he was born about 1910-1911 in possibley Van Buren,Crawford, Ark. to Cad Allard Turpen and Maud Laverna Farriss.
Can find no record of him except in 1920 and 1930 Census for Pueblo, Colo.
I know he was there in 1949. No record since.

Also looking for James Wood/Woods born abt 1930-1844 in Tennessee
wife's name was Harriette. Maybe in Cannon, Tenn.
