I am seeking any information regarding George Baulch originally from Somerset, England. Born 1839, parents Henry Baulch and Priscilla Quantock. Married Mary Ann Pitman in South Australia in 1864, died in Queensland 1913. I am seeking any info of why or when he came to Australia, about his life in Somerset etc. Any photos of him or ancestors would be fantasic.

George BAULCH's death certificate should at least reveal how long in Colony so that should give you the 'when'. I couldn't find anything at the State Records NSW.

Looks like quite a few of their children died in Queensland: John in 1957, William Henry in 1957, Priscilla Emily in 1940, Phebe in 1938-buried Toowong, and Charles in 1924. At Brisbane City Council Online Services - Grave Location Search there are a number of BAULCH family members buried at Lutwyche, Toowong and Pinnaroo.
