Looking for Charles Levi Baker of Heathcote, Victoria

Doing research for a friend whose (great) grandfather was Charles Levi Baker born 1864 and married to Elizabeth Perrin. I think his father was also Charles Levi Baker born c1836. Was wondering if anyone has already done a family tree for the Bakers of Heathcote, Victoria, Austrlia??? In particular I am looking for the birth of Ray Baker (my friends father)in c1934..I cant seem to find it..I think he was one of 13 children...and i am not sure exactly who his parents were as it seems he was raised by his grandparents (Charles & Elizabeth). A big mystery.

This looks like Charles birth.
Name: Charles Levi BAKER.
Born: 1864 Ararat, Victoria.
Father: Charles Levi BAKER.
Mother: Emma SINGLE.
Ref: Registry of Births, Victoria. Reg #6282.
And this appears to be the death of Charle's father.
Name: Charles Levi BAKER.
Died: 1891 Lockwood, Victoria.
Age: 55 years.
Father: Not recorded.
Mother: Not recorded.
Ref: Registry of Deaths, Victoria. Reg #16217.
Note.
The birth records in Victoria only go to 1920. If you are looking for the birth record for Ray BAKER born circa 1934 you will not find it.
