ELIZABETH - wife of Joseph LAMBERT married 1851 London, England

Journal by ALV

Thanks to MarkHassocks I now know the maiden name of my great great grandmother.

Her name was ELIZABETH CAMP (born (baptised 20 Aug) 1820 All Saints, Edmonton, Middlesex, London).

Elizabeth married JOSEPH LAMBERT (born 19 July 1823 in Sprowston, Norfolk) and they had the following children all born in London:

Joseph Lambert born 1851
Denni Lambert born 1852
Elizabeth Lambert born 1855
Louisa Lambert born 1858
Henry Lambert born 1862 - my great grandfather
Henrietta Lambert born 1864

BMD records show that they were married in the St Giles Parish of London in 1851. The page of records shows 4 couples who got married that day; all the females were named Elizabeth (CAMP, DAVIS, HARDY & LANDER).

If you order the marriage certificate for Joseph Lambert and Elizabeth ? it should give you her maiden name, the name of her father and his occupation. Ditto if you order a birth certificate for one of the children it should give you the mothers maiden name
