I am tracing Robert MOxham family from Clifton. His father I believe was born in Ireland. Robert.
They had a large family and went with William the son down to Cornwall Devon. I have have all of the family from Robert and down to New Zealand. I would like to trace Roberts Family in the 1800's.
The spelling in Clifton and that area is Moxham. Moving dowm to Devon Cornwall it was changed ot Moxsom. It was change on the marriage certificate. Signed with a cross. William and Charlotte Moxsom had 10 children Devon / Truro. then moved to Howich in about the late 1800s. Families then sailed to NZ in the 1900/ 1915.
