I was told that nana's names were family names hence Wright/Wight Seymour, they came from Scotland her father was Henry Seymour Jeffery b1850 Shetland Isles Scotland m 3rd Feb.1877 Ellen Dixon (Ellen's parents were Edward Dixon m Margaret Paton/Patten) Henry Seymour JEFFERY 31/12/1839 Girvan, Ayrshire, Scotland, parents were Frederick JEFFERY m Hannah White,Wright/Wight SEYMOUR. I have no further information as yet to add except they settled in Yarraville/Footscray Victoria Australia.
