- Emily was a daughter of George Henry HIRST & Elizabeth Wadman HOOPER

2. Cameron, Ann (1805 - 1885)
- born in Scotland
- married Hugh Donald McPHEE in 1824
- she was a widow before 1851
- Ann arrived in Portland Bay, Victoria, Australia on 3rd September 1854 aboard the `EDWARD JOHNSON` as a widow aged 49 - which puts her birth date at 1805 - some sources have said 1799.
With her was her daughter Mary - aged 24, and two sons - Donald aged 22 and Hugh aged 17.
On the 6th February 1855, 5 months later, Ann sailed on the `GRAFTON` to New Zealand with her son Duncan and his wife Mary (who had both sailed to Australia on the `MARMION` in 1851), and Mary and Hugh. Donald followed them to New Zealand some time later

- Catherine was a daughter of James GAIR & Marion HEMPSEED

4. Cameron, Bridget
- she was the 2nd wife of John SATHERLEY (1855-1924) in 1908
- John was a son of William SATHERLEY & Sarah Ann PAGE. His 1st wife was Ellen MARSON

5. Cameron, Catherine
- married John MacFARLANE in Wellington in 1848
- John was from Perth, Scotland and became a Pioneer of settlement in New Zealand. He arrived in Nelson in 1842 and later moved to Wellington
- they had 6 sons & 3 daughters

6. Cameron, Charlotte (b.1813)
- married John MATHIESON in Lanarkshire, Scotland
- a daughter, Charlotte Cameron Mathieson emigrated to New Zealand
