The DYER family who came to New Zealand 1863

Journal by EAGHB

I am hoping to find anyone that is connected with this family both in Uk and New Zealand.
William and his wife Mary Dorothy nee Boyes they were from Nottingham.
William was born in 1815 at Orston and Mary at Radcliffe in 1831.They sailed on the 'Captian Cook' with five children, Mary, John, Thomas, Mahala, and William, who died at sea. Three other children were born after their arrival in New Zealand.
William was a Carpenter and had an older sister Mahala, who was a schol teacher. He had other brothers and sisters including John who is also thought to have come to New Zealand.
Thomas, William's midle child was my gr. grandfather. He started out as a carpenter became a Butcher and on marrying my gr grandmother he took up farming.
I would very like to hear of any history of William's siblings and in New Zealand about or from any of Thomas's siblings.
