Also grandad Prime was born in Christchurch and it was his parents who came out to NZ from ENGLAND (no Welsh connection on Prime side and i have got as far as the early 1500's). berryfields on 2013-02-14 23:33:50Hello Ngaire and the Horace Stanley (born 1898) his name was actually Stanley Horace (according to my mother Josephine (nee Prime) and her sister Irene (Rene) when they were both living and they ofter talked about Stanley and Doris both dying when babies. There are two Horace Stanley's (one was killed in WW1 and he was a deMalmanche) and the other was Horace Stanley Prime (1918-2004). The "missing" child of Alfred and Rose is my mother - Josephine Muriel Prime (1914-2004).
