William Armstrong of NC & Maury TN

I am a descendant of Nancy Armstrong daughter of William Armstrong. Nancy Armstrong Rutledge died January 21, 1832 in Maury County, TN
Nancy's father Willam was married to Mary Nicholls. Nancy was born in 1792 in NC.
I have no idea if this family is connected to your family- I am told that William's father was also named William, but know nothing about this side of the family. If you have any info. on this family it would be appreciated.

Looking for info. Thomas Barton & Sarah Wilson (1723)

I am a descendant of Thomas Barton of Tigerville, SC. I am from the Texas descendants of Columbus Barton and Frances Stanley. Would like any information about any of these families. Have been told that Thomas is a son of John of Surry County, England - but have no info. to this fact. If you know anything please reply.
