I am researching my husband's ancestors - Braine family, from (mostly it seems) London. William Braine appears to be a bit tricky because there seem to be at least two William Braines around the same time, but ours is NOT the Middlesx Westinster one with a daughter Caroline. And these Williams also begat Williams ....
Wm possibly married an Elizabeth (but not Elizabeth Bradford) then married an Ann, possibly nee Broughton. William and Ann Braine had a bunch of children including George who was my husband's gt gt grandfather. So the earliest I can place the 3x gt is in the census in Lambeth, 1841.
