Hi,
I was looking for Bradley family on familysearch.org ages ago and cannot seem to locate John and Elizabeth Bradley (nee Nash) I have possibly found my gr gr grandfather (son of the above) aged 7 living in Birmingham at St Martin and also a John Bradley aged one yrs at the same address. I don't have access to the records.I am puzzled as to why I cannot locate John who's occupation was a barber and also the marriage of John and Elizabeth Bradley. I have been informed they may have emigrated to Australia when George was 7. Plus the birth of George as well - CONFUSED!!!! George married and died in Aust. I know some kind person was looking, but thought I would post this info again
Thanks!

Looking for info in Mannheim, Germany - Kuechler/Kuchler family

I am researching my German ancestors and have looked on LDS Mormon site. My gr gr grandfather was born in Mannheim 1825 and named Julius Kuechler/Kuchler. I have found his siblings births and some deaths. Julius married and died in Australia, I I also found the marriage details of his parents Johann Phillip (aka Phillip) Kuchler to spouse Sussanah Feringer/Foeringer in 1819. Plus possible births for the pair.
I am trying to locate deaths of Johann Phillip and Sussanah and some of their children's marriages and deaths. Johann Phillip was a Policeman. As far as I know Johann Phillip & Sussanah remained in Germany and surviving children may have emigrated to other countries other than Austalia I have looked on LDS, but having trouble with the site
I would greatly appreciate some help
Thanks!

Looking for info on Bradley family in Birmingham England - George Charles Bradley

Hi! I am trying to locate info regarding George Charles Bradley (Gr Gr) who claims to have been born in Birmingham England approx 1834. George lists his father as John (a hairdresser) and mother as Elizabeth Nash. Cannot find them on Birmingham census. I was interested to know if George had any siblings. George married and died in Australia. The other thing I am thinking is...maybe he was born near Birmingham and just reg in Birmingham. Or the family were living somewhere else nearby? It is puzzling me as I would love to know more about the 'beginnings' of this family - hope someone can help!
thanks

Robert Thompson from Molka Station, Victoria, Australia

I am seeking relatives of a Robert Thompson who worked on Molka Station, near Longwood Victoria. I am looking for any connection with my Egan family research as my gr gr grandfather James Egan worked as a shepherd of the Molka Station and Euroa & Violet Town area. A Robert Thompson was witness to baby Peter Egan's death certificate (son of James Egan) A Peter Fryer was squatter and owner of Molka Station during the time of baby Peter Egan's death in 1863. If anyone lives in this area in Victoria or knows some connection, hope you may help.

Thank you!

Looking for old pastoral runs in Molka/Longwood Victoria

Hi! I am seeking info regarding an old pastoral run Molka Station, near Longwood Victoria. My gr gr grandfather James Egan worked as a shepherd there, and one of his tiny babes Peter Egan is buried in a lone grave somewhere on the station. Peter Fryer was owner and squatter of the station in 1852-1872. I have been given a map with some land of Peter Fryer, but only a smaller block, not the station. All I know is the Station was about 4 miles N N W of Longwood and was about 6,000 acres. Peter Fryer has the town Fryerstown named after him and Fryers Creek. A Thompson family also witnessed the death of baby Peter Egan along with Peter Fryer and his wife Elizabeth. IF any one has any clues or info that would be of help please contact. Of if you are related to the Fryer/Thompson family that also would be great!

Looking for records of Egan family from Dublin

I am researching my gr gr grandfather born James Christopher Egan Dublin, Ireland circa 1827/28. Recently we have found a James Egan convict who came to Tasmania Australia and noted his father as James Egan boot/shoe maker. Brother of James listed as Thomas and sister Maryanne. James married Sarah McVeigh in Melbourne Victoria 1854 and the family moved around Victoria on stations, where sadly two babes died as well as Sarah's death in 1865. After 1864 the children were fostered out and it is believed James C Egan moved around Vic and possibly Bourke NSW. He is noted as a carrier and teamster on my gr grandfather Arthur Edward Egan's death and marriage cert. We have found no leads is Bourke NSW for a James who fits our James. The only other possible lead is a death of a James Egan buried Maryborough Victoria, but not enough concrete evidence. We have looked at many towns in Vic and cannot find a match. If anyone can suggest anymore ideas for my never-ending search I would be truly grateful. Many a brick wall has been hit, but I live in hope that James will be found some day. If anyone can search BDM or church records (catholic) in Dublin that would be great!
