I am seeking information on William WHIPPLE and Elizabeth (Betsey) SHARPE who were married in Pomfret 1 Feb. 1798. I know they had a daughter named Waty WHIPPLE who was born in 1799. Did they have other children? According to the IGI, Elizabeth (Betsey) SHARPE was born 11 July 1774 in Pomfret to Benjamin SHARPE and Ruth FOSTER. I am searching for the parents of Benjamin SHARPE and his wife Ruth FOSTER. I am also looking for information on William WHIPPLE, specifically when and where he was born and who his parents were. Any light that can be shed on any of the above mentioned lines would be greatly appreciated.

Good luck,
EDITOR.
My Waty Whipple is not connected to Densmore or Allen...
Many of these search sources are ones I have been to and made inquiry...the lineage of Wait/Waty is in doubt but her ancestors( me) are easily traced back to her and her husband David Bulen...
it is truly a labor of love to do these searches.
thanks
