This is to certify that it is my particular desire upon my death and that of my dear husband John Lawson, that the six shares assigned to me by the Buxton Gas and Coal Company be distributed to each member of my family as under….namely

William Webster Lawson's parents were John & Ann (Webster). This hand written note was amongst documents that I believe were my Great Grandfather's who was a son of William & Elizabeth Lawson. I have searched various sites and cannot find anything. Thank you Helen

See on FMP, the C1871 & C1881, Buxton, Chapel En Le Frith, Derbyshire, England for THACKERAY family.
Henrietta figures strongly. Do you have birth dates & places for Henrietta's family? I have not done much pending your further detail.

I haven't done a lot of research myself on the LAWSON side of the family since I put that post up as I have been concentrating on another branch of my Mother's family. I am not sure what FMP is - if you can explain I can take a look - I am only a novice at all these sites.
If you would like to send me an email on hma3152@gmail.com I will look out all my LAWSON documents and see what I can find. My Mother recently purchased a 12 months subscription to My Heritage so I might be able to find something in there as well - have you looked in My Heritage?

If you send me the email I can send you a copy of the will that Henrietta made as an attachment as I don't know how to do it through this site.

Since then I am coming to the conclusion that that William Webster LAWSON, m. 1844, Elizabeth HALLET is a _brother_ of John LAWSON, m. 1834, Henrietta WILSON.
