Notes for Marinda HARRIS: Her name is a big question mark. In one record she was called Miranda Harris, in another, Marinda Harnes, in another Carnes. Miranda or Marinda" Harris or Harnes? Two sons, Norman and Murney, named their mother Miranda in their marriage records. The name was unreadable [Lenna? Levina?] in the 1861 census she was Marinda in 1871 and 1881, "Lenora" in 1891; Miranda in 1901; and Miranda in her death record. I am calling her Marinda Harris.
