County is my surname how do I delete Country county's in search?

Researching COUNTY Surname however, I seem to find all the County's in Europe and America,
Searching for James County b 1833(approx) in Tipperary parents
Michael County and Anastasia/Antice Manton.
He married Catherine McCarthy
parents James/John McCarthy and Mary Ryan. all from Tipperary Ireland.
I have all bmd certificates but no arrivals !!!! to Australia for any
County surname may have been Maher? or County Maher? been searching for over 30years.

there was a James MAHER aged 25 arriving on the LADY ANN into Port Adelaide, South Australia on 6 July 1859

He was a labourer from Tipperary aged 25 (birth year of about 1834)

- Catherine died on 6 Apil 1895 aged ?
- James died in Geelong on 1 May 1911 aged about 77
they are buried together (under the name County) in the Geelong Eastern Cemetery at Location: RC - 29 - 877 with a Michael (buried 13 April 1869), James (buried 27 December 1884) & Thomas County (buried 27 December 1884)
