* They had a son, Edwin Charles Tristam on 20 Dec 1907. Annie died 10 days later, on 30 Dec 1906, aged 26. Baby Edwin died 4 weeks after her, on 2 Feb 1907, aged 6 weeks.
Edwin next married Agnes Amelia (nee Hanlon) Mills (1862-1937) 23 Oct 1907
* Agnes first married Samuel Blight (1848-1896) in Wanganui 2 Oct 1890. She next married Joseph Hayton Mills 19 July 1897
* Agnes died 12 Oct 1937 in Mt Eden, Auckland and is buried Plot 29, Block D, Area 10 at Hillsborough.
Edwin died in 1945 in Waverley, Sydney, NSW aged 67

married Harry Scudamore LOWCAY (1890-1975) in 1918. Harry was a son of William James Robert Lowcay (1860-1902) & Frances Emily Jane Webb (1870-). His birth is recorded at BDM as 19 July 1893. At his death, recorded at BDM in 1975, shows he was born 19 July 1890. His parents married at St Saviour's, Lyttelton on 16 Aug 1892 but of course it's possible he was born in 1890 but birth registered as 1893.

Sun, 16 May 1918 On Tuesday afternoon last, the marriage was celebrated of Harry Scudamore Lowcay and Daisy Vera Harris .. Misses G. Harris, N. De Luen and S. Lowcay were bridesmaids and the bridegroom was attended by Messrs Ibbotson and Wood. The bride was attired in white chiffon taffeta and georgette, relieved with pink roses. A reception was held in the church parlour, when the customary toasts were honoured. The newly-wedded couple left later on for the north.

The death occurred at Christchurch recently of Mr Edwin Harris, who was well known in Wellington. For fifty-two years he was a member of the staff of the "Christchurch Times" and upon his retirement in September, 1929, he was presented with a testimonial from the management and staff. He was a prominent member of the Ancient Order of Druids, and was the first District Grand President of the Order.
He leaves a widow and a grown-up family
