Hi,
My great grandfather was J.(James) Ross Adams of Frederick County, MD. I'm looking for information on decendants and on his parents William and Joanna Grimes Adams and on who I think his great grandparents were William and Sarah Adams. Roland A. Adams was one of J. Ross Adams children. I'm Ellanora's granddaughter. Any information would help me. I have one photo of J. Ross Adams and 2 of his wife Nora Pauline Six Adams.

Amy, I have about 85 descendants of William Ross Adams (12/22/1835-8/9/1916)and Joanna Grimes (7/27/1851-10-14-1901).
This includes 24 third cousins of mine (which includes your mother) I noticed that you have not visited my family tree. I am concentrating on the Grimes family of Frederick/Carroll Counties. This month I ave wworked on the Joanna Grimes Famly. Several of the people that I have interviewed for my history of the Grimes family.
I see that you found the tombstone of sarah Adams.
