Violet Ada RAINEY is my great grandmother. Violet Ada RAINEY had a son named Edwin George RAINEY he was born Mar 1914, Lewisham England. There is no mention of a father on the birth certificate. If anyone knows how to find more information on people who were born in England I would appreciate any help in regards to this.

Suggestion is to look for your Grandmother's birth or marriage record in London. She could appear on the 1890 / 1880 etc Census records depending on her age which was not provided above.
