William Was born 1836 in Timaru and died there in 1872 Between these 2 dates he married in 1862 and his wife Jannet Heuchan bore 5 children It is these 5 children I am researching as well as Williams parentage. William John b 1863

Hello cosbrook,
Unless his father was a whaler or similar, I doubt William Wright would not have been born in Timaru in 1836. Anyway idea where his parents may have originated?
