Richard Davidson

Journal by OSU_BULLET

I am looking for information, regarding my Birth Father. His name was Richard Davidson. He was born in about 1952, and died in about 1971. He was either 18 or 19 years old, at the time of his death.

It is said that, he died during a high-speed Police chase, somewhere in Indiana. This most likely happened in Indianapolis, or in one of the small towns outside of Indianapolis, Indiana.

I have not been able to obtain his death certificate. Whereas, none of his information, matched anything on record in Indiana. If anyone should have any information regarding Mr. Davidson, please contact me at OSU_BULLET@YAHOO.COM.

Thank You in advance, Beth

I went to high school with Richard and were friends. We spent most of our time shooting pool. He won most of the tme. I visited his home in Nantucket on furlough. His mother was gracious and ever so polite! I did not know of a high speed chase in Indiana. But when I heard of his death it hit me hard. I don't think it was the same for others, as he was overweight, somewhet sloppy person in a military school where neatness and orderliness ruled! He walked around hidden in plane sight. Very sad. I liked him right away because he cut through the walls and just talked directly. Wasn't much of that back then. I am sorry to this day to know of his early death. Such a fine man gone too soon. I think about he and his mother often.
