COMYNS may be Bridget's correct maiden name and not CUMMINGS as recorded. Someone may be able to confirm this for me. I have come across possible deaths for her children where the mother is recorded as Bridget COMYNS, but not knowing the correct spelling of her maiden name makes it hard to judge.
