This is the address that I was found on St-Patrick's day in 1944!!

I've been doing some research for many years, I finally found what happened when I was about 3 weeks old, not too good news but it's okay, I can handle it as long as I learn about the whole story!! I was given for adoption in April 1945 with a French Canadian family in the city of Verdun!

As I said in my first journal, in 2013 I decided to take a DNA test with Family Tree, so the good news was that I have found the family on my father's side! They live in Scarborough, On, very nic about it!!e people! My father passed away in 1984, JAMES EDWARD MADDEN! He was born in Philadelphia!! I haven't found out on my mother's side yet but I hope someone would know something or hear about my story somehow!!
It seems by the result of the test on the mother's side "mtDNA" test, I could be of GERMAN, or POLISH, ROMANIAN, descent!

I think I was born in Montreal, but I'm not sure that my mother was from Montreal!

In the province of Quebec the files are sealed, we cannot get any answers from anyone!! There was a Ms LALONDE who was living in the building at that time, I spoke to her, we became friends for many years, I'm sure she knew something but she never told me anything! Every time that I mentioned about my research, she got nervous! She passed away in the 1990's!!
