... In the Supreme Court, In Insolvency
In the matter of Alexander Fagan, of Toodyay District, Stonemason.
NOTICE is hereby given, that His Honor, the Chief Justice, has placed the Estate and Effects of the above Insolvent, under sequestration in the hands of the Official Assignee, by order of the 5th Instant, and has been pleased to appoint a first, and only meeting of Creditors, to be held at the Court House, Perth, on the 6th day of June next, at ten o'clock forenoon, for proof of debts against the said Estate; and as it appears to His Honor that the goods and effects of the said Insolvent, available for payment of his debts, are under ?50, unless it be shown at such Meeting, that the said goods and effects exceed the value of ?50, His Honor will summarily proceed to rank the debts proved at such Meeting, according to preference, and direct the proceeds of the said Estate to be forthwith distributed by the said Official Assignee.
Dated Perth, the 8th of May, 1866. A. H. STONE, Official Assignee
