Alexander B 1.11.1808 Kennoway (George B 1776 Kennoway M 30.3.1806 Kennoway Margaret Skinners B 1767 Kennoway) and his first wife Margaret Martin B 1807 Fife Scotland where Married 29.5.1829 Kettle Fife they had Children George, Janet, Margaret, Elizabeth and Jean or Jane. Margaret Died 1838. Alexander married Janet 7.12.1840 in Kennoway they had Children Johanna B 18.4.1842 Kennoway David B 9.1.1847 Markinch after they arrived in Sydney in 1849 they had Mary B 21.5.1849 Botany Janet was pregnant with Mary while on the voyage, the last child to Janet was my Great Great Grandmother Helen, (Ellen) Galloway B 9.6.1852 Sydney. Alexander bought land in Nowra (Nowra & Good Dog Land Grants 1829-59) on 31.10.1855 he also bought land for David and Jane Galloway. Helen Galloway married Robert Adams on the 20.11.1876 at Nowra Hill in the family home having Children.
