My great-great-great grandmother was Ann Fletcher. I have a needlepoint she made in 1825 when she was eleven years old. Family story is that she was born in Nottingham, England. She came to America about 1845 with her husband and settled in New York. Her daughter married my great-great grandfather John Walsh an immigrant from Ireland. John was born about 1835 and came to New York about 1855 and was a shoemaker. If anyone has any information on these ancestors of mine than please contact me. mickey1778@embarqmail.com
