Any information about CLARA GREEN

Journal by wattie58

Clara was born in New Zealand 1877. Parents believed to be George Green and Elizabeth Nelson.
She married William Nelson in Blenheim New Zealand on 6 May 1905.
Children Myrtle, Eva and Zelda.
It is thought that she may have had a "relationship' with Charles Hercules Robinson Thompson-Todd. Charles was born in New Zealand 3 May 1879.
Clara also had children Edna, Eleanor, Raymond and Clarence but not sure if William is the father.
Raymond has Clara and William listed on his death certificate as his parents but there is "rumour" among family that Charles may have been his father. Charels parents - William Thompson-Todd and Margaret Dessey. Margaret was born 1842 and married William Thompson Todd 1875. It is thought that she had been married prior to this and her married name may have been Voak.

Clara had siblings John, Arthur, Albert, Joseph Louisa and George.

Any information regarding Clara, William or Charles would be appreciated.

Hello,
I can confirm that Margaret Deasey, born in Croydon Surrey England in 1838 was married to William Henry Voak on 28th April 1856 at York Street Chapel, St Saviours, Newington, and area of London, England. Source is the Certificate. He died 27th July 1869 in Camberwell Workhouse and she remarried 15th Aug 1870 St James the Great Parish Church, Bethnal Green to John Cooper.Source is the Certificate. They had a son who died(death Certificate). By 1875 she had reverted to the name Voak although I have failed to find a death for her 2nd husband (so far). I knew she had emigrated on the Collingwood with her surviving children and her brother, Michael Deasey and his family. Then I lost trace of her and her children. Hope this helps.
