Anyone have the parents of Cornielus Henderson Porter born in the 1820s either in VA or KY?

Corneilus Henderson Porter was a doctor in KY. A son, C. H. Porter, Jr., was born near Morehead, KY in 1858. Was C. H. Porter, Sr. from Virginia? Somewhere I recall seeing that he was from Wythe County, VA and moved to KY. Any help appreciated.
