Lived in the Wellington area for a number of years - story goes this person married(brides name not known) in Wellington 1942 for a dare.. He was in the Army - old story .. may not return etc etc so lets get married - I understand the marriage only lasted for 6 weeks? anyone know what happened - did he come back after serving overseas..
