Can anyone out there trace their family tree back to the Breretons of Borras, through reliable records? From what I have read in the past, I believe that the family that lived at Borras Hall died out when the last heir was a female, Leonora who married and went to live at Knebworth. I believe she was the daughter of Humphrey Brereton. Perhaps there is someone who can trace back to one of her male cousins? I know that one of these Breretons was a vicar at Gresford. I would very much appreciate any help.
