Death of Mrs Worthy BROOM
We regret to have to announce the death of Mrs Worthy BROOM at Groes-road, Rogerstone about 8.30 on Tuesday evening at the advanced age of 71.
The husband of the deceased died a little over a week ago, & the funeral took place last Wednesday. The death of her husband, & the fact that she had been suffering from a severe bronchial attack, no doubt hastened the old lady?s end. This is the fourth death that has taken place in the same family in less than four months, & the deceased were all well known in the district & held in high esteem. The greatest sympathy will be extended to the relatives in their latest sad bereavement.
