Frederick first married Christina Harriett BEGG in 1897
- they had:
Eric Osmond (should that be Orsmond after his mother) Browne, Jasper Stanley Browne (lived in New Plymouth) and John Hector Browne (there may have been others)
At the time of that marriage Frederick was 33 and Christina 26
Christina died in 1919
- Christina was a daughter of John BEGG & Elizabeth Jane SHEPHERD
At the time of marriage to Mary Ann Christopher THACKER Frederick was 58 and Mary was 47
ALthough the Thackers and Brownes seem to have settled in the Taranaki & Manawatu (and possibly Hawkes Bat) areas I cannot yet find where Mary Ann & Frederick are buried. I cannot find his mother Cecilia's information either, not even whether she remarried or not
