Burch family, Devon and Cornwall, England

Journal by jackne99

I have a lot of Burch information stemming from John Burch and Ann Radford back in ther 1730s. The family spread from Lympstone, Devon, to Cornwall and up to the Northern Counties of England. One part of the family were Mariners, and some came here to Australia and also to New Zealand. Some made their way to Dawlish in Devon, where they were Ag Labs and Laundry workers. The Burch family also includes the names Litton, Garrish and Newman

I am researching John Burch 1797 married to Mary West. Their family were mariners and bootmakers and came here to Australia. They were from Harwich 1790s. Is there a chance this is the same family? We have been unable to get beyond the 2 mentioned above.
