I have the Parish Records for Deal, walmer and the neighbouring Parish of Sholden.
I have listed the family of Edward & Ann CANNEY, Mariner of Middle Street, Deal, all baptised at St George's Church, Deal.

thank you for going to all the trouble of the above.
I do have these paricular bapts from Deal and am keen to find more on their work as Cinque Port Pilots there. I am descended from the Edward b1812, hi father was a Pilot.
The Shoulden and Walmer parish records might well be of interest as so very close. I think when getting back before 1745 the family name is often spelt Kenny or Kenney which does not make it much easier.
