Nora was born October 20, 1889 in Wabasha, Minnesota. She married Carl Joseph Loechler July 11, 1911 in Wabasha, Minnesota and they had seven children; Evelyn (b. Abt. 1911), Charles Gabriel (b. 29 Mar 1913), Herbert Anthony (b. 9 Jun 1915), Lester John (b. 14 Jun 1917), Kenneth James (b. 9 Jun 1921), Vincent John (b. 17 Jul 1926) and Marie Louise (Aft. 1927). Nora died March 11, 1974 in Wabasha, Minnesota.

OBITUARY
NORA LOECHLER
Mrs. Nora Loechler, age 85 of Wabasha died at noon on Tuesday, March 11th at St. Elizabeth Hospital Senior Citizens Section where she had resided for the past eight months.

She is the former Nora Ebersold daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Charles Ebersold. She lived with her parents in her early years in the Alma, Wis. Area, and her family returned to Wabasha and she married Carl Loechler on July 17, 1911. They farmed in Watopa Township for 10 years returning to Wabasha where Mr. Loechler worked for the Milwaukee Railroad. He died July 2, 1946. She was a member of St. Felix Parish Council and the American Legion Post Auxiliary of Wabasha.

Surviving are five sons, Charles, Herbert and Kenneth, all of Wabasha; Lester, Robbinsdale and Vincent of Crystal, Minn. One daughter, Mrs. Donald (Marie) Moore of St. Paul. There are 28 grandchildren and 36 great-grandchildren. A daughter, 6 grandchildren, three sisters and three brothers are deceased.

Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at St. Felix Catholic Church at 11 a.m. Friday by Rev. Kenneth Schaum with burial in the Church cemetery. Friends may call at the Abbott-Wise Funeral Home after 2 p.m. Thursday afternoon and there will be a prayer vigil at 8 p.m. Thursday evening. Pallbearers will be Thomas, Dale, Gerald, and Michael Loechler, William Moore and Willard Drysdale.
