I am looking for more information on my grandparents. I have found information on Dorothy, but not Charlie. Charlie was born about 1882 in Alabama, according to my father's birth certificate. This leads me to believe he was married before his marriage to Dorothy. I know my father has half siblings, Marie (married a Woodruff) and an Ethel. I am unsure of how this relation works. Marie had a daughter named Alice or Allison who had 12 or so children and was raised by Marie's sister, Ethel. Most of this family lived in Edgewater and Walker County Alabama. sdcv@connect2family.org
