Any further information on the following people; Maria , Arihi or Alice Remana Lemon (nee Cope) James Cope (named after his father James)would be greatly appreciated. Their mother was Ellen Leef daughter of John and Rangahau Leef from Whirinaki. From what I do know there were only the 3 of them. James was brought up with his aunty Maraea, she may have been a sister to their mother Ellen.
I am from Arihi's line but very interested in them all as I have only come to know this side of the family. If the information here is incorrect please let me know.

I dont know if this poster still checks here or not, but I can give them some information regarding Arihi Kiwikiwi sister, Maria Charlotte Cope.... she was my Great grand Mother.Also some on James Cope Snr.
Maraea was Ellen Leaf's sister.
I would be interested in any information regarding Arihi, and also one of her daughters.... Nellie (Ellen/ Rena)
