I suppose Mary Anne might just be the sister of Matthew Peter D'Arcy, or at least some relative. His wife, Christine Margaret Daly may be my great grand mother's sister. She was Mary Daly, then Johnston.

While I have built up a file of the Christina Daly/Matthew P.D`Arcy family, His Father was John D`Arcy whoo was Lord Mayor of Dublin ,Matthew himself was Member of Parliment for Wexford. Records show that the had 6 children but I hold a family Bible showing they had 9 children John, the father lived in Raheny Lodge,Dublin Matthew and Christina lived in Shanganagh House,Loughlinstown,Kilcroney Castle (or House ) Bray,(still standinding and used as a Scool) The town house was in MerrionaSquare

Vickie,
on re-reading my posted reply I realised that I omitted to answer your question.
I have done little research into the D`Arcys previous to M.P.D`A and found no Mary Ann.
