I am just beginning my search for my DEARING family connections. The information I have:

My grandfather: Evans DEARING - I believe he was born in Illinois, perhaps around the Franklin, Il area. His family came to Washington state some time around or prior to 1907 and settled in the Yakima/Kittas/Ellensburg area. My grandfather married Lillie Agnes WATSON in Kittitas. They had 5 children:

Laura A. DEARING
James Evans DEARING
John DEARING
Darrel DEARING


My great-grandfather: John Mitchell DEARING - married to Lovda Jane CRISMAN. They lived in Illinois prior to moving to Washington State. They had several children including Gilbert DEARING, Floyd DEARING, Anise DEARING and I'm not sure, but also Bessie (a familiar name)DEARING.

I believe my great-great grandfather was James B. DEARING, who lived in Caves,Franklin, Illinois in the 1880's and was married to Mary E. ELLIS. Beyond this I have no information of where they may have lived prior or any of their siblings or parents.
