Trying to find the death of my great grandfather George Mossendew,born 1846 in Ailsworth Norhamptonshire he was alive in 1892 for his Sons wedding,Harry Mossendew who was my Grandfather.

I found this on Freenmd.org.uk

no Birth for George under Mossendew but found this one

and a death

ages fit, copies of certificates may give you more information, hopefully it's your George. There seems to be quite a few Mossendew/Mosendue's registered in Peterborough & Uppingham.

I found a George with parents Benjamin & Sarah on the 1851 census
name transcribed incorrectly reads Mossendew

couldn't find him in 1861 but there is a marriage in 1867 in Peterborough bride could be Elizabeth or Harriet a copy will give you more information

On the marriage certificate, 1867, does it say who George's father was and does it have both George's and his fathers occupation listed

Yes George
was a bricklayer,& his Father Benjamin was a laborer.
