I'am trying to help my mom find these names,there is more names to add.my mother and her momther are from tenn.my grandfather name was
NEWT WALLS JR. HIS FATHER NAME WAS NEWTON WALLS SR.
Applelona Wakefield was my mother ggrandmother.if enyone has info please reply. thank you. mary margerson from ohio.

Thank you, applelone wakefirld was my mother ggrandmother,i'am going to look at my family tree logs so i can see,i know there is a walter dunnavant,there was someone thats on this site that is looking for the same family,the dunnavant,and that line runs in my mother family tree,she has been looking for a few years,hope all is well for you,its cold here and wet,it will be snowing befor to long.thank you. mary

Hi Mary, You're welcome. Now if you click on DUNNAVANT you will be taken to a surname wiki page that I created with really great links to start your research. Maybe your distant relative may get in contact again.

Try not to do too much research in all directions at once and just concentrate on one surname and/or one family. Genealogy can be a very addictive hobby. Make sure you document all your data with sources so you don't have to backtrack later on.

All is well downunder, gearing up for another hot day 30 degrees in the shade and it's still Spring.
