SMITH family members helped found the Baptist church in late 1700's Manchester, Vermont. Several cousins and myself have written letters over the years asking how we may examine, get copies, or otherwise access records of the early church to uncover documentation of our early families. We receive absolute silence in response to our queries even when they are directly addressed to present day administrative employees. Any ideas how to research these records? Thanks, J. P.
