Emilena Oliver was my greatgrandmother
Emilena Bogun (who also spelt her name Bogan) married Charles Oliver in 1905 Emilena died in 1960 and is buried in Eketahuna cemetery
They had 4 children Frederick Willoughby born 1906 died 1975 who I think is buried in the Eketahuna cemetery I vaguely remember him
Violet Grace born 1908 died 1912 ??? buried
Charles Johann(named after his father and maternal grandfather)born 3rd October 1909 died May 1990 buried in Pahiatua Cemetery at Mangatinoka
Grandad Charlie was the loveliest of men a real teaser and tickler. My son shares his 3rd of October birthday
Charlie married Margaret Maureen Payne from Nireaha(Near Eketahuna)in ??April 1939 Gran was known as Maureen the Payne family called their daughters by their second names Gran died in 1991 and is in the same cemetery as Grandad overlooking the Tui brewery in Mangatinoka
They had 3 children Margaret Maureen known as Margaret in 1940 She was my mother She died in 2002 and is buried in Christchurch
Joan and David both of whom are still alive
Margaret married Tony Scott in the Hamua church December 29 1960
Hazel Oliver Harvey born 01/05/1912 died 2000
