English Howards that came to America

Journal by HeidiSuz

Since I have zero points and no one to talk too then, I will write this and I am from Fl. I was born in Maine and my Howard's came from Arkansas last. They begin somewhere in England at sometime in the 1600s. I want to find the port of departure in England and how closely related to the throne Howard's they. Guess if someone was chopping off heads then, you came to Ameica to keep your neck.

Hi HeidiSuz - I am Deacon Samuel Giles' gg-grandson from Aurora, ME 1811-1910. Love to correspond with you with ancestors in Maine area. I'm trying to find the real story of how my Giles branch got to British America in the 1600's I'm strongly assuming from somewhere in England and whether my branch is indeed mentioned in Vinton's book of 1864 (it seems to me they have to be).
